To create your own skin, follow the instructions here:

solidsnakedesigns.com/index.php?page=generators&type=forum&gen=skinmaker

To have a selector which will allow you to choose different skins, follow these instructions:

solidsnakedesigns.com/index.php?page=generators&type=forum&gen=skinselector

However, Proboards now has a skin selector already integrated. These codes will work, but it is easier to just use ProBoard's built in skin creator. Just go into admin ---> Skins/Forum Colors.
