As most of you know, you cannot remove the Ads at the top of your site or modify them in any way unless you pay for Ad-free. This is the only exception to the rule. I mean it. Even moving the banners to the bottom of your Board, or making them a little smaller is a TOS violation. This moves your Welcome Box underneath your Banner so the Ads appear at the very top, which is okay with the TOS. It goes in your Headers:
<script> <!-- var tablea=document.getElementsByTagName('TABLE')[0] var TD=document.getElementsByTagName('TD') var TD1=TD[1].innerHTML var TD2=TD[2].innerHTML var TD5=TD[5].innerHTML document.write("<table align='center' cellspacing='1' cellpadding='0' border='0' width='92%'><tr><td width='100%'><table border='0' width='100%' cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0'><tr><td width='50%' class='welcomebg' align='center'>"+TD1+"</td><td width='50%' class='welcomebg' align='left'>"+TD2+"</td></tr></table><table align='center' cellspacing='0' cellpadding='3'><tr><td width='100%' align='center' class='menubg'>"+TD5+"</td></tr></table></td></tr></table>") tablea.style.display="none" --> </script>#nosmileys

I thought I saw a code somewhere to move them to the bottom, but now I can't find it.

That's against TOS rules. If you see a site like that has banners at the bottom, report it as a TOS violation. When I said moving them to the top was the only exception to the rule, I meant it. In fact, I'll add that information to the first post.

Alright, I figured there was some limit on it, like it has to be visible when the page is first opened.

Why is it against the rules? You're still bound to see it. I doubt anyone clicks on the ads anyway.
